Description
Pair of clean covers each with special Inaugural Handstamp. A cover for trip each way.
Mail was carried on the first trip each way on July 20th 1962. None was carried on later trips of 20th July or on any other days. Quantity was restricted to teo bags each way and mail from Rhyl was restricted to addresses in Wallasey, Liverpool, Birkenhead and The Wirral. Mail from Wallasey restricted to Rhyl Postmaster area.
